How long until my order arrives?

Production takes 3–5 business days, then shipping is 3–6 business days for metro Australia. Plan for around 2 weeks all up to be safe.

Are your shirts officially licensed?

No. Supporter Shirts is an independent fan-merch store. We're not affiliated with any league or club. Our designs are original supporter shirts made for supporters, by supporters.

What sizes do you offer?

Most shirts run unisex S to 5XL. Check the size guide on each product page. Sizing varies slightly by garment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can change or cancel up until production starts (usually within 1 hour of ordering). Email hello@supportershirts.com.au ASAP with your order number.

Can I return a shirt that doesn't fit?

Because every shirt is custom-printed, we can't accept returns for sizing. Please use the size guide. Faulty or damaged shirts we'll absolutely replace.

Do you ship overseas?

Australia and New Zealand for now. More countries coming.

What's a club pre-order?

Some of our shirts are made for specific clubs (netball, footy, cricket etc.) and only available during a short pre-order window. Once the window closes, the whole run is printed and shipped together. If your team coordinator gave you a group code, enter it at checkout and choose "Add to team delivery" to get the reduced delivery fee and your order will ship together with the rest of the team's order. 

Can you do custom designs for my team, event or club?

Yes. Head to our design request page and tell us what you're after. We'll come back with a mockup. Design is free for orders of 20+ shirts.
